Little Bookworms Visits the MSPCA!
We had the most amazing time visiting the MSPCA for our Little Bookworms program! 🐾📚
There's something truly magical about combining a love of reading with a love of animals — and that's exactly what Little Bookworms is all about. Our young readers got to meet some incredible furry friends while sharing their passion for books.
As you can see, even the animals were excited about Pet Safety with Lola & Sophie! This little kitten was practically ready to turn the pages herself. 🐱
The MSPCA holds a very special place in my heart as I used to volunteer there as a dog walker, so returning with Little Bookworms felt like coming full circle. The compassion and dedication of everyone at the MSPCA continues to inspire me every day.
The MSPCA visit was a wonderful reminder of why we do what we do, inspiring kids to read, learn, and develop compassion for animals. When children read to animals, it builds confidence, improves literacy, and creates a bond that's truly heartwarming.
A huge thank you to the MSPCA for welcoming us and making this such a special experience. We can't wait to come back
